Description

Please make a new MP3 export driver, to support the upcoming Flash-based media player.

You might map ID3 tags to corresponding dublin core elements. However if an expected dublin core element is not found, the driver should ignore and continue exporting.

Related to: milestone:"Add lame support to the new exporter"
(although this is too specific for a milestone)
